Newport News incident report, Feb. 18

The Newport News Police Department reported the following incidents Feb. 18:

Rashawn D. Sloan, 20, was arrested on charges of domestic assault at 3:19 a.m. on Warwick Boulevard.

Scottie L. Wood, 45, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 4:04 a.m. on 24th Street.

Anthony J. Murray, 43, was arrested on charges of driving with no license at 9:43 a.m. on 21st Street.

Donte J. Smith, 21, was arrested on charges of felony violation of probation at 12:33 p.m. on Bellfield Drive.

Michael L. Ward, 57, was arrested on charges of possession of weapons as a convicted felon at 12:49 p.m. on 26th Street.

Damien A. Dewalt-Velaquez, 22, was arrested on charges of possession of weapons as a convicted felon at 1:50 p.m. on 26th Street.

Ronald D. Gatling, 44, was arrested on charges of petty larceny of value not in excess of $200 at 4 p.m. on Jefferson Avenue.
