Event at Knights of Columbus Walter Pollard Council 5480

The Knights of Columbus Walter Pollard Council 5480 recently held a Public Safety Appreciation Dinner.

According to a Knights of Columbus Walter Pollard Council 5480 press release, "The Knights of Columbus Walter Pollard Council 5480 of Newport News hosted its ninth annual Public Safety Appreciation Dinner at their council home Saturday, Jan. 26 to honor all members of the Fire Department, Police Department and the Sheriff's Office. Councilwoman Pat Woodbury was the keynote speaker of the event, also attended by Mayor McKinley Price and Councilman Rob Coleman. A check was presented to each department, to be donated to their designated charity organization."
