Newport News Police Department for Feb. 1

The Newport News Police Department reported the following incidents on Feb. 1, 2013:

Robert L. Warner, 28, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 3:48 a.m. Warwick Boulevard.

James A. Durant, 20, was arrested on charges of possession of alcohol by a person under 21 years of age at 7:32 a.m. Jefferson Avenue.

James L. Lee, 25, was arrested on charges of conspiracy to commit burglary of value in excess of $200 at 9 a.m. 26th Street.

James G. Batchelor, 20, was arrested on charges of conspiracy to commit burglary of value in excess of $200 at 9:03 a.m. 26th Street.

Sean A. Boykins, 26, was arrested on charges of misdemeanor violation of probation at 10:35 a.m. 26th Street.

Gretchen L. Grzonka, 42, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at 12:05 p.m. Thimble Shoals Boulevard.
