Woodside High School held toy drive for children's hospital

Woodside High School held a toy drive for the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters.

According to a press release, "Woodside High School's French National Honor Society partnered with Five Below and held a Toy Drive for the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters in Norfolk during the past holiday season. A few of the officers dropped off the toys with Sherry Brooks, the child life specialist at the CHKD. Often children in hospitals do not get the holiday they dream about, but last year with the help of the French National Honor Society they had a joyous holiday season with over $1,500 in donated toys."

Woodside High School is located at 13450 Woodside Lane, Newport News.
