This week: Saturday, Jan. 19, at Emory and Henry College
About Simon: Simon is a 2010 graduate of Menchville High School, where he played four seasons of basketball for coach Erick Mays. He was a two-time all-district selection and averaged 18 points and nine rebounds in 2009-10 as a senior. He also played two seasons of football. In the classroom, Simon was a member of the National Honor Society and was an honor roll student. He intends on majoring in accounting at Randolph-Macon College. Simon is the son of Lionel and Kathryn Simon. He is from Newport News.
