Menchville grad Teasley scores 11 points in Virginia Wesleyan victory

Menchville High School graduate Chris Teasley scored 11 points in Virginia Wesleyan College's 72-66 home victory against conference rival Randolph College on Jan. 12.

The senior guard also recorded three rebounds and two assists for the Marlins, who improved to 10-4 on the season and 6-0 in the ODAC.

Teasley is a 2009 graduate of Menchville High School in Newport News, where he was a second team All-Peninsula District honoree and was selected to compete in the Senior All-Star Game. The psychology major is from Newport News.
